Smoking a chuck roast today. My wife asked for something healthy.........so we're going to put it in a lettuce wrap with pickled red onions, feta cheese and fresh tzatziki sauce.

Ima gonna cook up a Filet Mignon, loaded with Bacon and Longhorn steak seasoning, Taters will be slow cooking in a Dutch oven laying in a seasoned bed of fixings to make the sins extra good.
Beef brisket went on last night. It’s about 12 hours in. Coming off the smoker around 10am and will get wrapped and rest in a cooler until dinner. Right now it quivers when you touch it. I have a good feeling about this.
