Spatchcock chicken and some breasts coated with my homemade rub on my BGE. Just lump charcoal, no smoke. Seriously some of the best chicken we’ve ever eaten!

Well....you'd have to own one first...I do not....I can "grill" on my egg....I can smoke on my egg....why bother with anything else

Looks great. I'm the same way just bge or fogo lump when I do chicken/turkey.

I picked up a half bushel of oysters yesterday. I'm going to broil some in garlic butter, roast some open, and make some Oysters Rockefeller. Stay tuned for pics.

Roasted oysters and Club Oysters. I cooked some bacon and chopped it finely. I added it to thawed chopped spinach. Add some of spinach mix on top of the oyster and top with Parmesan cheese. For the roasted I put unopened oysters on a cookie sheet and cook until they open. We ate a half bushel between me and my girl.

Done that lasagna soup stuff tonight it was good try it.
