What's going on the smoker/grill today?

BGE can't do this..... :hungry:

Roasted oysters and Club Oysters. I cooked some bacon and chopped it finely. I added it to thawed chopped spinach. Add some of spinach mix on top of the oyster and top with Parmesan cheese. For the roasted I put unopened oysters on a cookie sheet and cook until they open. We ate a half bushel between me and my girl.
