I don't understand it either. Sounds as though they really DON"T want to trade - but they will only if it's heavily in their favor. I wonder how many times that has actually happened anyway?

Just say no trades and list a cash price.

Oh I do...I haven't started on of these threads. It's not that big of a deal really. If it's way over priced or there is some other deal breaker, I just laugh and move along.
