What's on the grill tonight?

Got a 2 lb meatloaf on the RT...

My own recipe...1 lb 90/10 ground beef, 1 lb Jimmy Dean's Italian, 2 eggs, plain bread crumbs, chopped onion, a dash of milk, shredded parm cheese. Dusted with Ben Heffer's

200 for 1 hr...then 350 until 160 degrees
May glaze when close to done with Sweet Baby Rays Sweet 'n Spicy sauce
That sounds like atomic heartburn but I'd be eatin' the heck out of that! Gonna try it myself. Smoked meatloaf! Sounds like a new favorite.

I've got it on a RT mesh cooking mat...came bundled with the smoker.
Makes it easier to pull the meatloaf off and onto a plate.

I guess you could use alum foil but you wouldn't get any smoke penetration from the bottom.
Mesh I can find. Thanks for the tip. Pan underneath for drippings I assume.

Great meatloaf !!!
A little bark...smoke ring...very moist inside. Cook time exactly 2 hrs...1 hr at 200; 1 hr at 350 got it to 160

Pic was taken at 150 just before the Baby Ray's glaze.... about 10 min before finish...
Angled RT drip tray shown below the grate is covered with foil but still allows grease to drain into the cup.

Pactogo 16" x 11" Aluminum Foil BBQ Gourmet Grill Topper Pan (Pack of 12) https://a.co/d/54rQ48x

This is what I use on my meatloaf on the smoker and yes you’ll definitely want a drip pan to catch the drippings. Hard to go back to the stove once you’ve had one off a smoker

I could say that about hamburgers, chicken (all cuts), steaks, vegetables, fish, beef, pork shoulder, ribs, etc.
Oops. Forgot pizza.
