I love this one - get it quite frequently. I have gone about it several ways...
1. The guy was willing to drive to me and I spent zero time or effort in meeting, so I took gas and time out of what I was asking and he accepted.
2. I politely explain that I posted a price and if negotiation needs to take place, I just ask for a counter offer. Everyone I have asked usually obliges.

My personal opinion is that it's annoying, but that's just part of business and I i didn't want to deal with it, I would put guns on consignment.

I use the 10% rule. If your asking for that off, in most cases no one will be affended. If that is still to much at that price point is to far off.
