Swiss Vetterli serial No. puts it at 1887 manufacture.


No I have not converted it to centerfire yet.

Springfield Model of 1922. This is the oldest with a removable magazine, also have a 1917 dated Model of 1917-Eddystone, and a 1918 dated Springfield 1903.

Well anywhere from 1950-1957 and it's not really possible that it could be a 1953 due to such low numbers less the 4k made in 53.

But is yours a

This will help date the rifle I don't have the bible of yugo books to look up sera number range for you since I don't touch mausers because Its impossible to ever get a complete collection of mausers.
