Whats the worst physical pain you've ever felt?

#1 for me was taking a piss following hernia surgery. I figured they would use a catheter, confirmed when I took my first wee wee. I ended up having to sit down, and could only squeeze out 2-3 drops at a time. Took about 30 minutes. That was while on quality pain killers.

Second was probably broken leg from seesaw dismantling and landing on me while I was on it as a kid.

Im sure this pales in comparison to many others, whatcha got?

I partially ripped my ACL and tried to just "walk it off". When I got home and tried to get out of the car - HOLY CRAP!!! Never did go to the doctor - That was fun.

Yup! So much pain I threw up....balled up on the bathroom floor like a baby....don't care how big a "man" someone is, I don't wish that pain on anyone!!

Tore my ACL, Kidney Stones this week actually. I would have to say the first time I got kidney stones back in 2005. That bad boy was huge.
