What's this gun worth? A friend wants to trade

From what I read the gun has some good parts. If they all work together in Harmony and produce an accurate rifle then what's the problem. Even though the Savage action may not be as smooth as a 1000 dollar action I wouldn't discount it altogether if it shoots real accurately. That just means you don't equate a high dollar action in the appraisal. The scope is decent and worth something, a Savage 11 in 308 is around 800 and the Magpul stock whatever that is. Now it ain't worth retail on those items but it's a start.
