I promise you'll never see this available for purchase in our life time, and I mean anyone breathing now.

 
The evolution of electromagnetic rail (usually long rail big projectile and huge power) and coil (smaller and more portable) guns is rapidly progressing because more affordable safe practical components - rechargeable batteries boards and hv capacitors . They are cool but not yet a practical or reasonable alternative to powder actuated devices because of the lack of complexity and the stored power equation in a chambered barrel and cartridge. Super High Output batteries like Milwaukees, SMRs and microreactors will make rail coil and laser guns more practical very soon.
