FL ARNG for 8 years, 20 years in the medical field. Be nice to me, if you're in the Athens area I could be working on you at some point lol.

We're moving up from FL to the Athens area on Nov. 1st, the move was already in process well before the hurricanes but those recent events reinforced that I was making the right decision.

If anyone has insight on houses with property for sale I'd love to hear it, good areas, bad, what to avoid and lookout for etc.. I need to be within 30-ish minutes from downtown Athens for work as I'm on call frequently. We're looking for at least 5 acres, outside of city limits.

I've been shooting for most of my life, I'm looking forward to finally building a home range on my property!

I'm moving from red dots to prism scopes so I'll have a few optics to trade/sell once we're settled.
