I was "offered" $75-100 less than my "FIRM" asking price ($425 for a G27 Gen3 in VGC) today by a couple of guys. One even offered to pay less if I drove 50+ miles to him.

What's worse, Flippers or Low-Ballers?

Probably would have re-posted it for $600 tomorrow.
Are you a lowballer if you offer what it is worth to you? Never have really understood "lowballer".

I had an item for sale a while back and got an offer $200.00 less than I had it listed for. I replied with "Wow, that's a low offer. How about we get a little closer and we can do this." I came down, he went up and we both were happy.
I sent a PM to a guy explaining what I would give him for his item (below dealer cost) if it didn't sell and he needed quick cash. A few days later I get a PM and we met. We're both happy.
We have a standard offer in my group of friends....."Fi dolla!" and we start from there. Low offers don't bother me a bit.

Maybe. If you had something for sale I could give you an example. My point is why bother making a lower-than-asking-price-offer when the ad reads FIRM?
