If you concede that banning bump fire stocks makes people safer, then you have opened the door to the argument that banning guns makes people safer.

Never said banning bump stocks makes people safer. Bump stocks are silly and useless except for operators who think they are cool....

Fully Automatic weapons are already subject to more stringent gun laws than other firearms. This is already law.

I am suggesting and it seems the NRA is suggesting that Bump Stocks are skirting established law and may need to be looked at and may be considered as replicating or mimicking a full auto rifle.

We should offer to trade the bump stocks for suppressor and short barrel de-regulation.

It should not be in ours, either. We should fight tooth and nail, use every dollar, every resource, and fight.

None of this "pick your battle" bull****. We should fight and kick ass in every battle. People who come after our rights should be gone after themselves. Every attempt should be made to ruin them politically or professionally. Make an example of them and there will be others who won't come after them because of what we did to the last guy.
