What's your "crazy scenario" for why you prepare.

Carrying supplies into North Charleston after Hugo and seeing how base humans can become in short order, I keep food, water, sanitation supplies, water filtration, guns, ammo, fuel, etc., on hand for 3 months for two, 6 months alone. Katrina reaffirmed my impressions.

Lived through it, always have had 6 months of food stores since then. Took up a good bit of space when the kids were at home, now not so much. Got ugly real quick and always will in my opinion.

I remember ordering some on Amazon before that storm last year...took about 3 months for delivery. Luckily I was able to stock up on yellow diesel gas cans, after researching to make sure they were safe lol.

Girlfriend going psycho with multiple personalities... then I'd have 3 or more crazy female stalkers to deal with. That's cause for a bugout right there.

Zombies are a legitimate fear on the ODT.

My fears, massive electric grid failure or currency collapse.
Got the usual stocked, enough for a month or two.

BTW, I believe this post will qualify me for my chicken.
