Lewis Machine and tool in .308.
1903a3...Wait a sec...
6.5 mm Grendel with 22 inch barrel, all I have to buy now is everything but the bare lower, should be in the woods by next Oct.
My two 6.8 builds and my sub .50 Billet Burnt Bronze 308 are all awesome guns to hunt with. My 6.8's will handle anything the Eastern part of the US can throw at it. The 308 will fill in where the 6.8 might fall a little short.
I built my dream guns so I have no desire to pay ridiculous prices for a big name gun. However the 308 cost me 1,800 bucks to build without any accessories or optics. I have only taken it out to 300 yards and it is extremely accurate at that range. Right at 1 MOA at 300. I wouldn't hesitate to take a deer out a 500 with that gun. No need to dream any bigger than that.
My 6.8's are beautiful guns as well. Deer and Hogs wouldn't stand a chance up against those guns as well.
Only for humans, Taliban, Isis and Al-Quaeda
My .450 Bushmaster!
Deadly around my neck of the woods
