That's the beauty of fish sauce, put it on your own slice Instead of tainting the whole pie. If you've had Worcestershire sauce or Caesar Salad you've had anchovies. It ads umami, not a fishy taste.

I think it’s in a lot of Chinese food. I like to mix it with different hot sauces for wings to ribs.
