Yeah I'm with you on the bacon, but since I ground it twice with the other meat I'm hoping it just adds a little smokiness. Either way, it's going to be a messy, cheesy double smash burger......pass me another beer.Just chuck for me unless you want to grind some brisket. I don't care for bacon IN the burger. Now ON the burger, yes. That's the way God intended.
