So, A friend has a can that he's selling to me that he owns on a trust. I'm filling out the form4 and that is pretty straight forward but what it doesn't answer is this .... Obviously, when I mail it I have to send a copy of MY trust paperwork but do I have to also send in a copy of HIS trust paperwork?

@heavyd @NWSharpshooter one of these guys will know the answer. I wouldn't think his would be needed because really all ur doing is paying ur 200 and adding it to ur trust. (only ask for ur info and serial number)
Yup. You don't need to submit his trust because a trust isn't a requirement to own a Class 3 item. You would have to put his trust name down on the form 4 though as the transferor
Yeah this. Fill out the form 4 and send the $200 - that's provided he's in state.
