Where can I get a bfg Glock 19

They have them in stock but ive never ordered a gun off line how does it work

When you order it you give them an FFL to ship to and then you pick it up from them and do the paperwork.

Ive already tried this guy 625 Is to much for me when there 539 on gunbroker and a 5 dollar transfer fee at the local range

Plus $60 for Glock night sights, plus a trip to Glock for the extended slide release. Using your math it would be $604. $539+$5+$60, not including Shipping for the Gunbroker.
