I typically avoid public restrooms like they are the plague.

Maybe I need to be bumped down from a 5 then. Unless its a really nasty one, like a run down gas station in the boonies, or one in the city, the bathroom looking like a crime scene, I'll plop down on it.
I'm pretty flexible. I've had meals with local nationals in AFG, and know what those kitchens look like...

I have a bit of a compromised immune system. I can stay healthy if I just stay out of the main stream. I also have some health issues. Since my heart attack, I try to avoid touching as many things as possible in public. I don't like using a public restroom, but will if I have too. I do keep hand sanitizer in my pocket and use it when needed. I did have a public service job. I did occasionally catch the flu. As long as I got the flu shot, it wasn't too bad. Without it, it was like being hit by a train. I prefer not to get food out of a container everyone else has put their hands into. After using the gas pump, I sanitize my hands. At home, it's pretty relaxed. My wife and I don't get out much. She's always trying to protect me by washing her hands. I do play softball. I sanitize my hands after leaving the field. Handling a ball everyone else has touched. Their were several cases of Covid during the epidemic. In school, I had several years of perfect attendance. But when I get sick, I get SICK. So I do my best to avoid that
