Where do you keep your pistol while driving?

Depends. Door panel if my daughters in the car, or the little space infront of the shifter under my hvac controls. Quickly reached and always loaded.

I use to keep mine in an iwb hooked on the door panel, that was until I had to reach for it one morning when someone came screaming at my window at 6 am at a red-light in down town Atlanta, now i keep it where it's most secured and easily accessed.'

I keep my G36 in the Theis Holster I am wearing- Cant feel it when I am driving and can pull it easy when seated.

You said G36 and I was thinking this;

And then I figured in my mind you meant;

I keep my Glock 19 on my hip in my Crossbreed Super Tuck. It is easy enough to get to from the seated position there is no need to risk placing it in a location where it might be out of reach when I need it. This is one of those times where a good holster really comes into play.

My G23 is always on the my right hip with a good paddle holster. I can position it just right with seat belt on that it rides in that little space between your body and the seat belt and you can draw it very easily with seat belt on. My wife always carries in her purse. Wish she would carry on person but you know how women like to be mindful of there clothes. Lol.
