Where should I get tow hitch installed?

So I went to Pat Rogers and did not have a great experience.
When I took the Highlander there, I specifically asked about the experience of the installer and was told that everyone there had at least 14 years of experience and hitches is what they do all day long. I specifically asked about trimming the panels under the car and was told it would be done right.
When I picked up the car, I asked about cutting the panel again (since this was the main reason I didn't do it myself), and was told they do it exactly per manufacturer instructions. Inspecting the car, I was happy with how the hitch hugged the underside of the bumper and did not stick out. The wiring harness was just zip tied to the top of the receiver, I hope it holds:
I did not crawl under the car in their parking lot, and I had to go pick up my son so I left.
When I got home and got under the car, I founds they did not trim the body panel at all. They just removed it completely and never put it back on.
I found the instructions on the Curt website and sure enough, the instructions to cut the panel and re-install were there. I called back and explained, was put on hold, and then told the body panel is there and they would cut it per install instructions and put it back on. I went back and they did it.
Worst part was no admission they had not done what they said they did, nor apologize.
Not sure I would recommend them, and maybe it's just a crapshoot no matter where you go. I still wouldn't do it myself even if I had a torque wrench since the electrical wiring part I have no experience with.

You should just buy the new Raptor....

What does it look like now?
Ah. Not sure that panel makes any difference. I was moreso curious about how it looked with the bumper. I thought they were going to trim the bumper cover so it looks more factory:

I think that pic is for the pre-2014 Highlander. I think 2014 Highlander and later looks like this and sticks out, which is one reason I did not go factory:

It sticks out but it looks more integrated into the bumper cover. Thats either cut or a new molded piece.
Turns out I was right . You should have got your husband to install it .
