Everyone's rights end at the business end of the gun. All that is needed to stop this **** , is for there to be a few funerals at the Westboro church. Screw their rights, sometimes you have to do the right thing, regardless.

Your very sensitive aren't you..is it that time of the month that your so touched by the speech of the foolish?
There comes a time when good men have to stand up for whats right,and that may not be legally right. Thats one of the things wrong with this country today, to many wet bellied pissing down their legs liberal wanta be aclu attorneys with no common sense and/or concept of right and wrong.
Do you honor our fallen heros? Do you think its right to be at their funeral while people are mourning the loss of a son/husband/father and say god bless dead marines? Are you an american that finds this carp offensive? You say its within their rights so why dont you just go join them since your defending them.
I have friends who are military and if they nuts showed up at their funeral, i promise you me and all of my friends would be in jail, even our leos would beat the members of their church.
Why does our military exist? To protect and defend the Constitution. What does the Constitution guarantee? The right to speak freely, even if your speech is unpopular.
The Westboro Church idiots are vile low-lives. But if you try to deprive them of their rights using violence, you'll have no moral ground to stand on when someone proposes doing the same to you for an issue that they hate you for. And then we simply descend into rule of gun, instead of rule of law. That's the way of despots, tyrannists and extremists.
Consider: What does Sharia law say can be done to you if you offend their values? Stoning? Whipping? Worse? Is that the kind of society you want to live in, where you limit people's liberty by applying your fist to their face or your boot to their neck? Go down that road and you're a far worse threat to our liberty than the Westboro idiots.

Let's see..my Grandfather was a WW veteran,Uncle Purple Heart,Female cousin Desert Storm & and some Upper Military Official, 3 male cousins Retired Military,Nephew Iraqi Freedom Veteran who was hit by IED besided mental damage had to learn how to walk and talk all over again....need I say more...I love them all dearly and none of them are ***z and I haven't received a Telegram frm God (not Yet..lol) that they are rotting in Hell.

Police abuse their power in many situations everyday all across the country why not do it for a good reason every once in a while. "Not saying all police do" Sometimes it's just more important to do whats morally right than whats legally right.
