i live in Kennesaw . Where can I take my Lower to get engraved?? Also how long does It take for the stamp to come back right now??

Called the ATF yesterday, told me it had been approved on August 16th.

It *should* take a week or so. It will likely take several weeks for the stamp to be mailed to you. If it exceeds 30 days, you are authorized (by the ATF) to make a written request to request that a duplicate copy be sent to you.

Regarding engraving, I've used Dobbs before, he did it while I was waiting. But as was mentioned above, that all depends on what the shop has going on at the moment.
