$20 Peltor's work awesome. But, my wife is an Audiologist, and I have custom fit earplugs. The best solution in my opinion.

i like plugs myself. easier to shoot a rifle.

^^^^This^^^^ If you have a good cheek weld, muffs often become dislodged and your ears get hammered.

I had the first ones...liked them just because they weren't so bulky at the bottom, so it made shooting rifles a bit easier than the normal bulky ones.

They are Surefires EP4's I think, Ive tried the EP3's but prefer the 4's.

Peltor 6/6S for that price range. You can even get them in camo.

I'll "Second" the recommendation for the Peltor 6's...you can find 'em "On Sale" @ Midway & Cabela's for around $60 or so...best "Bang for The Buck" in Electronic Hearing Protection IMHO....mikey357

See i don,t like the ones that stick in your ear , you get all that brown, dirty, yuky, ear wax on them.
