Which scope would you buy and why, 4 options

That particular Bushnell (elite xrs) I would choose over that particular NF (shv), but normally NF over Bushy. cmshoot cmshoot may disagree there and say go with the SHV regardless.
The trijicon would be last here.

You need to land on a budget and decide if you want new or used (I suggest used) and then layout if you want FFP or SFP, illumination or not, mils or moa and what size and weight you are looking for before you start trying to narrow anything down.

You are working at this backwards. State all your needs vs your resources and then usually the choice becomes much more simple as we eliminate all those that don't qualify.

^ this...thread seems all over the place now. No offense op.

Buy once, cry once. Figure out what features you need and sort from there.

Think in

FFP vs SFP
turret reliability / repeatability
Zero stop
Illuminated reticle
Total internal elevation requirements
Magnification range
Reticle style
Mil vs MOA

I would make a decision tree with what you want and match the scope to those features you weigh more heavily than others.

Expectation.

What you expect the scope to do vs how much you spend.

Some people are happy with Nikon.

I like Nikon for certain things.
I LOVE Kahles, Nightforce Trijicon, Hate the price.

Most scopes are good for a few hundred yards.
Get out further and good glass will spoil you.

I absolutely love my trijicon 5x50x56 . It is by far one of the most superior optics on the market . I could clearly see the texture of the paint chips as I nailed the steel at 300+ yards
