I am buying a side by side but not sure which is best...I have not experience with them. I keeping going back to the Polaris Ranger 900 Crew and the Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT. it will be partly for fun and partly for work, so bed size is a factor. I also looked at the Kawasaki Teryx but the bed is really small

would greatly appreciate some opinions. Also if you know of a dealership that gives good deals that would be great too.

Both are great companies. I'm not sure if the Kaw is made here or in Japan. I had a Mule at the county fair (odd to say) running errands with the Exchange Club. Check with Jimmy Lemaster @ Kawasaki of Rome. Excellent guy, been in business a long time, and still had a good service department the last time I was in.

I've got a Ranger diesel. Had a mule. The ranger is far and away a better pleasure and work unit. The ranger has a much better ride, suspension, load and haul capacity than the mule. The mule is better for light work on level surfaces, handles bumps and rough terrain terribly. The ranger clutch is crap. I switch to a dura clutch and solved that issue straight away.

I'm down the road from you about 40 min. in White. If you want to test a ranger diesel, your welcome to check mine out. The diesel is a work machine, will climb a tree, and pull a trailer with my tractor on it, but only tops out at about 35mph. The gas burners will outrun mine, but need feeding much more and cannot pull near as much.

The Yamaha XYZ looks like FUN!!

Ranger. I've driven them all. The early 2000 Ranger models with the 30 hp engine were really the best.
