Ok so I used some of both y’all suggestions. Used 1lb ground beef and 1lb venison sausage..1 onion, 1/3c bbq sauce, 1/2 c breadcrumbs, 1/4 tsp cyanine, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt and pepper, added some Worcestershire and some Meatchurch holy cow rub.

250deg on the RecTeq.

Oh yeah...I did a smoked meatloaf a couple weeks ago using Holy Cow rub...came out awesome.
And I also love meatloaf sammiches....

Yep, I think that’s my new favorite. Did some burgers yesterday with it and was great too.
