I don't do it often, but usually depends on the clothes I'm wearing. I would say that depending on the holster, most people that open carry, I could just walk up and pull your gun from you and use it to do whatever I wanted. My OC has a thumb-lock that must be engaged before the gun will come out; you can pull all you want it's not coming. And at the point is when I pull my K-bar from the left side and do a little surgery on someone.
