Who eats Kimchi ?

The winter kimchi is fermented, not the summer. BTW, fermented kimchi is no more rotten than a good glass of wine or a cold beer is.

I guess it's the winter kimchi that Koreans put in pots and bury in a hole in the ground to age/ferment?
