Like others have already said Fatal_Bert does great work and is definitely the best they/them for the job. Just be sure to meet in a well lighted area where there are witnesses.

And he has cows in his shop to keep him company

Not sure how that works, but I stirred up some of their poo today after the rain and didn't see anything.
