dont forget the illegal fines and court fees the dekalb courts have been tacking on for yearsNobody has mentioned all the government problems in the last few years. Schools almost losing accreditation, water authority employees accept plea deals for overtime scandal, employees in ticket office skimmed millions a few years ago. Burrell Ellis in jail. I mean if you can't trust the government who can you trust
im in dekalb
im conflicted. if i leave i will be safer but i will also miss my chance to justifiably shoot someone
