I've always had good luck wth most lowers. But when it came time to SBR one, I picked a milled, POF lower with the ambi bolt release built right into the lower - no need for a MagPul bad lever dangling off the side of the gun...

Amazingly enough, besides broken tabs for the trigger guards, I cannot find a single picture on the internet of a broken AR15 lower that isn't Poly, Plastic, or Carbon Fiber.
All milspec forged AR15 lowers are milled. You are thinking Billet.

While Dunkel and I disagree regarding some boiler room topics, I have to say he is one of the more intelligent members here on the ODT and usually enjoy reading his posts.
