When I was a teenager I repoed cars,they would block them in driveway where you couldn’t steal them .I would take vice grips and put on fuel line wait on them to go to work the next mourning.they would make it about 200 yards down the road and run out of gas.no phones then,they would walk back home and I would hook up to the car and be gone.
