Why are SCARs so freaking expensive?

I guess it’s similar to my M1a’s. I had to have one and paid a premium. But I love to shoot it, will never get my money back out of it but had to have it.

They are worth every penny. Haters will say its too expensive until they pick one up and shoot it. SF uses it and you are complaining about 3k on a gun? Most people spend 1k on their Glocks alone...Want a battle rifle that will eat through anything get a SCAR 17. The SCAR 16 is most definitely overpriced, just get an AR. The SCAR 17 is one sweet and smooth shooting 308 battle rifle. I'm a small guy, recoil on the SCAR 17 was not bad at all. Accuracy.. within 300 yards you can do very well with just irons. Only complaint is that I wish it had a better trigger but Geissele produces one.

I don't care what you say, thats one of my favorite pistols right there. Some people don't know this but the Mark 23 was actually used often as a primary weapon. Not just as a secondary weapon! Those things are pure sex!
