WHY Buy Vortex Optics

I bought a tripod from another forum and the tripod didnt come with the quick release plate. Called Vortex attempting to purchase a quick release plate, lady treated me as a new customer and put in an order for me a new quick release plate and sticker all for FREE! Cant beat that at all and it arrived in 3 business days UPS.
I dropped a 12lb bench rest gun on a vortex scope..bent the objective bell to the barrel...had a new one inside of a week.

Recently purchased Vortex Venom 5-25 x56 Scope from Kenzies. First Vortex product. Online reviews seem to be favorable. Fingers crossed I never have to call their CS.
I think American consumers are generally forgiving of a product's failure as long as the manufacturer makes it right.

So far I haven't had any Vortex product fail so I've not had to use the warranty. I have some low end Crossfire stuff on 22's and some of the more expensive Razors, PSTs FFP, etc. and I've been pleased with all of them for their price points.

I just ordered the VMX-3T to go with my Aimpoint. Hopefully it will live up to expectations.
