A few weeks ago on the French canals, wind blow and a bit worn around the edges but otherwise fit for purpose.

Farm open day, we went to a trout farm, $10 for a meal of fresh mountain trout, wine with desert and coffee, hard to beat.

High in the Pyrenees the water doesn't get any cleaner....
