Why "I'll take it" doesn't mean a thing

What's going on with you today? First you complimented Netflix, now ODT members... We need a rant from you soon to verify everything's ok.
He should be put in jail too
I always offer the "I'll take it" in a pm, not in the thread. Guess that makes me a "still in the closet chest thumper"...........
One of my first experiences on here was some asshat who said, "I'll take it!", then he proceeded to haggle with me on price in pm's. When I turned him down multiple times and sold it to someone else for my asking price, he tried to neg me. Lol...True story.
A buyer should be absolutely certain if they respond with "I'll take it".

In a perfect world, or a halfway honest one, we would not need any rules or feedback.
One neg can happen to an honest member for a number of reasons. Maybe two. Three and you should be out. That's how I would weed them out if it were up to me.
