Why "I'll take it" doesn't mean a thing

One of my first experiences on here was some asshat who said, "I'll take it!", then he proceeded to haggle with me on price in pm's. When I turned him down multiple times and sold it to someone else for my asking price, he tried to neg me. Lol...True story.

A buyer should be absolutely certain if they respond with "I'll take it".
 
In a perfect world, or a halfway honest one, we would not need any rules or feedback.

One neg can happen to an honest member for a number of reasons. Maybe two. Three and you should be out. That's how I would weed them out if it were up to me.
