Um....ok. Got a link to what the new ruling is? As far as I know you CAN legally shoulder a pistol brace which is what my article said.

You can use adjustable braces and shoulder then. You can not modify them like removing the velcro from the Sba 3 brace. Where you support it doesn't modify it. So you can have a legal adjustment brace and shoulder it. This changed about two years ago.
