I was given a Winchester 9410 410 lever action shotgun in lieu of cash for a job that I did for a guy. I was able to sell it very quickly and for what I thought was stupid money. So, some people are definitely into them.

I didn't know manufacturers needed justification beyond the rules of simple supply and demand in the free market. I see myself returning to this thread often to seek approval for my future purchases. Up until now, I just bought what I wanted because, well you know...'Merica. Now I realize there is an acquisitions and procurement division of ODT that requires justification. Silly me.

I always wondered why lever shotguns fell out of popularity compared to the pump action but the opposite happened for rifles.
