"Why would I want to become a supporter if no one will make a deal with me??"

The beauty of this site, like a true democracy, is we have the ability and freedom to post an item for sale with any stipulations we'd like (within the law of course). If I say that I will only sell the item if you jump on one leg a chant OS' name 4 times, then that's my prerogative. Flip side is, you have every right to scroll on past it and say, wow what a jack*** to yourself as you move on past it.

Everyone had to start somewhere. Just because one person screws you, doesn't mean everyone else will too. If I have a bad experience with one person, I don't deal with them again.

Hey guys! I was refered here by a friend and he said there was a good group of people here. I have enjoyed reading alot of the threads. I feel I have the same addiction to the mighty boom stick as most everyone else here, and have alot of the same feelings about the people who want to try to take advantage of the current market to rip of the panic buyers. Im new to the odt and am excited to be here. Would like to be able to break the ice with some of the more established members here or other noobs like me. However I had been reading the classifieds and saw some of the ads that said "will only deal with members who were here before so-and-so date and have so many feedback scores",and I have been thinking about becoming a supporter but why would I want to become a supporter if im gonna get looked down apon because im a noob. Just sayin. Anyway, sorry about the long post. Just felt I needed to stad up and say were not all in it for the money. I havent done much of anything yet because im waiting for things to settle down to normal. Later guys.

Im new, very new as actual member. but i have used this site for a couple years now for research on products and just to see what going on in the gun community mainly from the many of you who are prob my neighbors.

There is def a brotherhood atmosphere on ODT and also ignorance and just senseless junk at times as well. we all have the same god given rights and the freedom to sell/trade/and talk about whatever we want. In the end if someone is asking a ridiculous price then dont buy. If you cant determine whether or not your trade or purchase was a good one, or if someone is tring to get the best of someone then maybe common sense got the best of you. I know ive paid stupid tax many times.

We all have free will. i see both sides of the argument, but the way i see it people who just wanna flip or mark up the price they have that right. my main problem is finding the middle between a reasonable price and keeping my integrity on making a profit or fair trade. just my two cents.
