Wife selling car. Title is under her maiden name.

Her suv title is under her maiden name. Can she still sell or should she get a new title under married last name.

No issues. Just make sure she writes her name on the back of the title exactly as it shows on the front of the title and have her sign under her printed name. That's all she has to do. I recommend killing the title though so that noone can flip it.

What do you mean kill it? Write in the buyers name?
