Although it makes sense for it to follow the team, the thing actually belongs to Atlanta and Fulton county. The article says the stadium authority, while last night I heard on the radio that Atlanta owns 3/4 of it and Fulton county has 1/4 interest. Anyway, apparently Atlanta/Fulton owns it not the Braves. Don't know that the Braves have the right to move it.
