You are correct sir:

Who does not need a GORP?
Youth ages 15 and under.
Adults 65 and older.
Individuals who have a valid WMA License, Honorary License, Sportsmen’s License, Lifetime License or Three-Day Hunting and Fishing License.

Sorry for my bad info... I swear it said I had to add the GORP when I renewed my sportsman license this year.

Thanks. I've been lurking around here for the past 6 months or so. Finally decided to come out of the shadows. I'm taking my scout troop up to Amicalola Falls on Saturday morning. I'll probably be up was Wilson Shoals later in the afternoon.
