So I Inherited my dad’s rifle and I’m trying to get the stock off so I can adjust the trigger and the stock will not separate from the gun. Any ideas?

If you have a freezer big enough put it in the freezer.
If it has a hinged floor plate there is a screw under the floor plate, if I recall correctly.
Ya I have all the screws out of it. I have 2 others of these and have taken them about many times but this is the first time I’ve tried this one. Dad died 2yrs ago and I finally got around to adjusting his trigger but I can’t get apart. Oh well guess I will take it to the local gun smith(10-8 gun smith) and let them figure it out.
