WMA Quota hunts

Don’t forget, WMA quota hunts will be open for application soon.

What are you all planning to put in for this coming season?

I’m considering Zone 2 gator (wife, kids all have 5 points, gonna be a 50/50 on that one.

Also WMA Hog quota and maybe state park for one of my kids.

Zone 2 gator for me. I have 5 points so hopefully next year I will get to go again. I doubt if 5 will be enough this year…

Maybe a WMA or state park for deer. Undecided there.

Try one of the Buck Shoals youth hunts.

Putting in for Gator & state park. Should be my year for Gator. Love to get drawn on the SP I put in for. Did WMA quota hunts for years. Unfortunately common sense & ethics are lacking these days.

I'm trying for gator again, 6 points this year.

I did Berry College a few years ago and felt crowded. Might try a archery only state park.

I'm gonna apply for gator points, bf grant, and hard labor creek state park hunt. Debating on which turkey hunt I wanna put in for. I'm think bf grant again, I've been on birds every time there just never sealed the deal.

Any idea on how many points it takes to get drawn for Red Top State Park? I believe I have 4 this year.
