ya, i live in the city and often get some pleasant stares at times.

only been bit badly once and it was a Dalmatian...

We had a all black German shepherd growing up though

It’s kind of funny, pits are no problem for me, but German Sheppard’s make me nervous lol I don’t get it

I'm scared of them german shepards too....i don't trust em

Well i have to say i am very pleased folks both for and against my favorite breed of dog, including myself, are learning something here. Had no idea the last several days had been so busy on my thread. I have no answers for anyone after reading everything here other than to say....love no matter what kind of dog you love....but understand its potential, for both good or bad......and then be vigilant, and know that after all....it is an animal. Protect your dogs....protect your family.....protect others.
