Woodworking help needed

Hey folks, been working on barstools for the kitchen. Legs are 24” long cut at 9 degrees on both sides. Got one of them assembled for a test fit. The damn thing wobbles ever so slightly. Even sitting in it, there is a diagonal wobble. How do I fix this? Just sand the legs that are causing it to sit high? Other suggestions? First real thing I have tried building in the furniture/has to be right realm of things.

If the flor is flat and the legs are interchangeable try switching the legs around

Don't do this:

Put the chair on a piece of plate glass or something similar you know is flat and you will see what needs to be trimmed. Mark it with a sharpie. Put away the saws. Use a rasp, then 80 grit, etc.. Have patience.

Try a 3 legged stool next time. Even the most expensive commercial floors are rarely flat.
