Work/ranch boot recs?

I’m retired now and do not need a work boot. I found some light weight comfortable boots from Skechers. I wear them on the tractor doing hay stuff. I work part time at Home Depot and wear them walking on concrete. Good support, 6” ankles, cost around $125. Again have not tried them on heavy construction like I used to. I have 2 pairs that are around 1 1/2 years old and they still look good.

I hear that BRUNT makes some great boots as well but I have no experience wearing them.
I had never heard of them until they started blowing up my Facebook feed. They seem to tout their breathability summertime comfort. Which as mentioned is a big deal to me. I just wasn't sure if it was even a legit deal or the Temu of boots.

They just look like they'd be hot? This will be mostly outside, and too often in the sun.
Not sure where I land on the sweaty feet spectrum but I dont remember having wet socks after wearing these all through the summer. I never waterproofed them either which maybe made them more breathable? Ive also worn these all day logging, brush clearing and feeding fires. Guess it comes down to how much your feet sweat and how much protection you want.

Only time it's an issue for me is working outside in the heat in long pants. The reverse of the old hunter's truism "cold head, cold feet = cold body" is definitely true (for me).

If you're wearing jeans, that is no bueno in Georgia heat. Wrangler makes really breathable work pants and I will never wear jeans again in the summer.
Texas (not Georgia) sun is no joke. I avoid jeans when possible. Generally BDUs for summertime outside work.

The Jim Greens are good. I’ve got the Ranger boots. I wear them round the yard, hiking and early season. Then give them a rub down with mink oil and wear them somewhere nice.
Only caveat, for me anyway, is the old school construction meant old school break in. Week or two of pain, was about to bin them when all of a sudden they were amazing.

I'm from Texas and there are a lot better options for breathable pants. The pants and shirt really do make a difference. You want to walk around feeling like you are wearing chiffon.. in a manly way obviously.
