Any recommendation for a local Smith to do work on my Hi-Power. I'm looking to have some custom work performed on it.

Who do you All recommend

Both sir. Installing new parts and building up the beavertail and installing a commander style hammer. I want a stipple job on the front and back straps as well as the top of the slide

Novak, if he'll still do them, or Arizona Response.
Nighthawk recently got into the BHP business.
None of those are local, but that's who'd do my BHP.

What type of work?

Those mentioned might take a while.

Trigger work? Mill the slide for decent combat sights? Hard fit barrel, Refinishing-melting... it really depends on where you want to go and arrive at.

Money corrects everything.
