From the info that is presented, you bet. If they were still trying to kill him while he was trying to get away. If they were still in direct conflict I would need to know more. The shooters could have been LE and may have been defending from a weapon I could not see.

well if it was the neighbor two doors to the right of me... probably not cause they most likely did something to deserve it.

the rest of the of my immediate neighbors... sure I would.. why not.
